Mikhail Levin

Director of the Moscow School of Contemporary Art (MSCA)

Having become acquainted with Alisa Lisovskaya’s professional approach several years ago, I can confidently say that her contribution to the development of art education in Russia has been truly transformative. Under her curatorship, the Art Management in Contemporary Art program at MSCA has grown into one of the most in-demand and substantively rich educational initiatives in the creative industries.

Alisa combines strategic thinking with deep engagement in both the local and international contexts of contemporary art. Her ability to design programs where ethics, digital transformation, sustainability, and practical case studies intersect makes the learning process not only relevant but also responsible. Thanks to her initiative, we were able not only to launch an online format for art management but also to create a vibrant professional community uniting students, experts, and institutions.

I would especially highlight her sensitivity as a mentor — her ability to listen and guide without imposing, yet with a clear vision. This is a rare quality, particularly valuable in an educational environment aimed at fostering autonomy and critical thinking.

With gratitude for many years of collaboration and full confidence in the projects yet to come.
